"We booked for hours. Among the possibilities offered on slate, there was no longer much to put under the tooth. So we made our choice in what was left. arrived at dessert there was nothing, so we took coffee. Except for that, good welcome and charming boss. but if you want to choose a dish on the map, don't come too late. part of the specialties are bought by the tourists passing through... and there are many, so there is no longer much if you arrive on the hug while having reserved. And the boss laughs by saying, "That? There's more! »"

"Our family of 3 were walking past, and I must apologise to them for suggesting we stopped here for something to eat ! Owner is abusive, aggressive and unhygienic but this was not immediately obvious, sadly ! I was the only hungry one. Was informed in French, only that tap water would be charged at the same price as their cheapest bottled water, at €3. I should have known better than to stay, from this point, on. But we were tired, and seated by then we are 3 people of retirement ages. I ordered bottled water, 3 white coffees, and a pizza reine . The coffees looked fine, but could well have been prepared by the quite courteous lady, who left the premises with her young son, shortly afterwards. The bottled water came, which is of the type sold in supermarkets for 20c for a 1.5 litre bottle ! The pizza eventually arrived, with ham and mushrooms, but no sign of the required olives. I asked the owner about the missing olives, as he was already scowling at us from an adjacent outside table. He trooped off, returned with a jar of olives, picked one out WITH HIS DIRTY HAND, and PLACED it on the centre of my pizza ! He was sneering as he did so ! I was angry, by now, with his negative and unforgivable conduct, so I said Thank you very much, is this your normal standard of service ? He then went back inside his cafe along with the jar of olives. Some minutes later, he returned to our table, minus the jar, but with a handful of perhaps 7 or 8 olives, which he provocatively scattered on my pizza, whilst continuing to snigger at me ! At that point, I had had enough, as I asked my sister and her husband what they thought he had been doing to those olives, whilst out of our sight ? So I left two thirds of the pizza uneaten. I went inside, to ask where the toilets were all in French from me, so far, which was not easy . He pointed outside, and said la mer. The sea. I looked at him, with intent, and he then pointed me to his toilet facilities . I was instructed to NOT close the outer door clearly another problem he has. To wash your hands, your have to pump down a mid air lever with your left foot, whilst holding down the tap with your right hand, with your left hand under the tap, getting slowly damp from the forthcoming trickle of water ! Pitiful ! When I asked for the bill, I was almost shocked that he could produce one, seeing as everything had to be cash. He produced a hand scrawled bill, but kept taunting me with it, some 5 times or more, as he kept withdrawing his hand, and thus withdrawing the bill, each time I reached for it. I asked my sister for some necessary coinage, as I was NOT going to pay over the amount in notes, and give him an opportunity to say he had no change. When I eventually paid him the correct money, he started swearing and cursing at me, calling me a canard amongst several other things. This is the worst licenced snack bar, ever, and makes me wonder what the authorities actually do in terms of vetting or supervision of such establishments. My only consolation is the thought of him conducting himself like this with people of a shorter fuse than me, in terms of their temperament."
