"We met friends here, because St. George is exactly halfway for us. What a nice experience. We sat on the patio for a few hours and everyone liked their food. Our server was attentive. We had free entertainment from a dive bombing mockingbird who attacked anyone who walked by. My reason for 4 stars is because one of us stumbled on the dark stairs between the patio and the inside. A light, fluorescent tape, or a watch your step sign would help."

"Stumbled on Gaia’s Garden Cafe and was not disappointed! The ingredients were extremely fresh and the service was fast. We are not vegan but eat a lot of plant based foods and this was exactly what we needed before starting a hike! We definitely will stop back by before we leave town. "We had no plans to come by, but we are so happy that we did. it's our first time here and we had a great meal. our order included, huh and waffeln, sausage sandwich, churro waffel with strawberries and a zimt waffel with strawberries. the whammy and waffel was great! the best I had before outside of la. my friend also mentioned that it was one of their favorites they had. the zimt waffel was really good, perfect amount of sweet. the sausage sandwich was good, the sausage quality was excellent. if something, it's a bit small, it was packed a few minutes after arriving, and we waited a bit long, but it was worth it. I don't think this is going away from the experience. affordable prices, great portions and delicious food. it is a great place and would like to be back."

"I hate writing not so great reviews, but after having this experience twice at two different locations— I hope this gets the attention it needs. The employees were fine, and the food as always is great. We love kneaders, however waiting in a drive-thru line for over 20-30min to receive our order of ONE sandwich— it was insane. The location was not busy at all. Neither was the inside sitting—usually I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the second location here that made us never want to get food from kneaders in st.George , again. The employee never apologized for the clearly long wait and didn’t even seem phased by it. Great food, just don’t have 30minutes to spend in a drive thru when the location is dead to begin with. Please train your employees or staff better? Would love to try again in the future if this can be fixed"
