"The critiques from my previous post were actually read to me as an exception, yet not defined as inappropriate and apparently followed discussions within the team. So that my photo was even printed, I had to laugh about it. Anyway, after my visit, friends had a great time with good food and warm service. As I used to it earlier (see 1st article) Not that I would not stand to what I wrote. This evening was modest, but as a result it was reduced to three stars, it seems unfair to me. It's just because you took the whole thing to heart. I think this is quite great if one can constructively deal with criticism, which is expressed here (hopefully mostly justified). I wonder if I could handle criticism like that... great thing, that!"

"The “La Fornace” has been in porz. for 28 years last year it moved to other areas near the former main railway station. the environmental cleaning was originally opened as a beer garden, but could not hold at this point. pity because the terrace is pretty and there are small direct residents in the neighbourhood that could be disturbed. now she has been lying in a thorny sleep for several years and falls off. that does not seem inviting to the visitor at the first moment. but as soon as they have come into the inner, the Aha effect is all the greater. it welcomes an impressive stone oven, rustic tables and chairs as well as a very lovingly decorated interieur. everything was clean and welcoming. the operation of the cook welcomed us all with handbeat as if we were long masters. they feel really updated. the maleness consists exclusively of Italians, as it is a pleasure to see in Italian gastronomy. we were friendly and attentive and there was nothing to suspend except a misunderstanding. I have added this in an uncomplicated way and it is not regretted. Drinking the card is very extensive and trying to beat one with variety. I personally prefer a slightly reduced clear selection. but so everyone will find something for their taste. a day card enriches the offer in addition. our selection of diners contain of antipasti and tomato soup to noodles, pizza, fish and grill plate to the ices pretty much everything the kitchen gives. we drank a white frascati and a red nero d’Avola. the sweet antipasti and the suppe were a delicious, varied once in the evening. in the main dishes were pizza and pasta at solid level, as one applies to most italian. my band noodles with bark strips and green pfeffer were well tasted, even a little dry. also the fish of my wife was well grilled and not too dry. only the grill plate of my father proved to be dry toughness. the flesh is obviously not the core competence of the kitchen. the two wounded quite well, although they were not among the most characteristic of their kind. Finally we rounded off the evening with various ice creams. my cassata was quite successful if it had some more dry fruits in it even after my taste. everything in a successful evening meal in a surprise atmospheric environment. beautiful operation with light attenuation in order processing. a good varied kitchen that cannot convince in all areas. overwrite the selection on the menu that you can easily reduce to a few less, but concise dishes. price performance reasonable."
