"We had a big disappointment when arriving at Boccaccio with a colleague from the States that was visiting Ulm. We have eaten at this restaurant several times and had very recently enjoyed a very nice risotto with octopus so we trekked the rather unappealing road...to get to the restaurant, there are heavy road works at the moment, just to discover that several TV have been installed in the restaurant, including a large flat screen in the main room. We were horrified and the most strange thing is that neither the waiters nor the owner could understand what could be possibly wrong. I can hardly believe that anyone wanting to enjoy some nice food and share a conversation with guests or friends will want to do so in front of a football match. For God sake. Will they all scream and cheer and blow some funny trumpets while customers are dining??? There are plenty of bars in Ulm where people wanting to enjoy a football match can go but one would expect that people wanting to have dinner in a fine restaurant would be spared the game. We left in disbelief much to the annoyment of the owner whom unceremoniously showed us the door instead of at least trying to explain that all customers demanded the massive TV installation or whatever. On the contrary, I am getting the impression that the philosophy of this place is that the restaurant is an extension of their living room. That may be fair enough for entertaining your friends, for free, but it is not so for paying customers. It is quite a shame because I think the cooking is good in this place but the rest is definitely not. I doubt that I will ever come back"

"Great location – the tram stops right in front and there are free parking for hotel guests. it is also part of the larger park that is worth a walk. decent breakfast at 17€/person. the cleaning staff was really loud for a long time. she actually woke us up. when we left the breakfast, we realized that she stopped by phone with the loudspeaker, in a nearby room with the door open! we asked her to lower her vote and she apologized before closing the door and continuing with her chat."

"We were the first time in the ouzeria. the reviews are promising but our impression is more sobering. especially who knows typical Greek appetizers and likes to be disappointed here. both the selection and the preparation is boring and not refined, it is not difficult to prepare delicious and tasty little things according to Greek art. the service was okay, the waiting time a little too long. all in all no local one should have visited."

"That is a juiceable with waffel, müsli and suppen. most foods are only fruit and pasture, but they also have wad and a few (two to three suppen) and two or three sandwiches. the suppers are not great, but better than nothing. the hotel is located directly in the entire city center next to the hauptkatheadral. very young, friendly and sporty crew. excellent smoothies with all kinds of fruit and super food berries and spinat etc. they are not vegan or vegetarian, but most of the food is. because the city ulm has hardly any vegan alternatives on weekdays, which are open during the day, this is one of the few options."
