"This place has fallen. service is not good, my order is always messed up and the deserts are not as good as a couple of years ago, especially the chocolate mousse domed. they have changed the chocolate instead of being a crispy chocolate dish, it is gooey/thick and not on a good wise. that was my favorite, but not anymore. the last time I bought the chocolate mousse, it was terrible, the cake/bread part was hard, tasted old, the chocolate was smooshy and the cream was hard. I usually go to ave b, but I thought I'd test it out and go to the 16th st, it was just as bad. I don't know why kneeders would turn off the ingredients on the chocolate mousse dome, it was so much better before. in that they usually sold early on the day when they wanted one with their dinner, they should rather go early. now, no more and I see why. also the chocolate-covered strawberries sold in february were old, they were watery and the chocolate did not cure to a dish. it was more like a gans. I knew they weren't fresh, but they insisted they were made in the morning. the strawberries have not sprinkled out liquid so I know they were not made on this day. I would also like to add that if I ordered the truthahn cranberry sunflower salad, the excessive amount of sunflower seeds and cranberries is laughing. there were times when I thought they were stuck a whole bag of both. a fourth of them would be too much so they can imagine how much there is. I'm disappointed! I really enjoyed this restaurant, but I can not always have a complain."

"I gave 3 stars based only on the donuts being soft and very good in my opinion. However the employees are very rude. They complain if you're too slow when ordering especially a dozen of different donuts, which makes the experience very unpleasant. The cleanliness of the location is very mediocre in my experience. It's definitely not a place where I choose to sit at there tables and eat in. I have also seen other comments concerning an additional card fee and I have never been giving a receipt from this place to know exactly, I know they don't have any signs up when we have went showing there was additional card fees. So I would be aware."

"Had a sandwich with great side salad. the gluten-free bread is too dense, but the fillings were good. try the other wheat bread option. I wouldn't go back there."
