"On our first evening in Zermatt we wanted simple local food in authentic surroundings. Perfect choice! Cured sausage, lamb cutlets, cheese dishes and good local wine. "We stopped over here for a quick drink due to the rain, and got a pot of coffee and an affogato. The coffee was decent and the affogato was huge consisting of a generous serving of vanilla ice-cream, whipped cream and coffee with a...biscuit stick. Lovely comfort food. Service was also efficient in spite of the large crowd."

"Delicious pizza! Our hotel is just across the restaurant, and we decided to takeaway pizza instead of dining there. It was full house, we ordered Grampi's pizza, we enjoyed it very much. The waiter seemed very friendly too :)"

"Restaurant which is close to the station accommodated our group of sixteen on three tables. Restaurant definitely caters for groups of tourists visiting the resort. Service was professional. Food was Swiss but rather greasy."

"We planned to go to Grampi’s but they were very busy and we didn’t have reservation. We were starving and this restaurant was close by. This restaurant was hidden and it looked small. It had a basement. The food was mediocre. My pork cordon bleu was over cooked."

"I like the place, I ordered a nice salad and lovely gluh Wein, the atmosphere is good, however…. The day after, ordered it for Take away and got half the size for the same price. I didn’t think that was ok and the manager came, he told me it was the same size and I disagreed. I told him that he would loose a customer and he said that was fine, bye. That’s fine, just sad customers are not appreciated."
