"They were out of quiche, ketchup, ham only had a grilled cheese for the kids. Just seemed like they were out of everything you need for brunch! Our server was very nice the chef came out about the ham, so great job on the service! The baklava dessert looked yummy too"

"This place is a joke. We came in on a Sunday at 2:00 for lunch. We walked in and no one acknowledged us for a bit even though there were two employees right next to us folding silverware into napkins. Finally the bartender told us to sit where we wanted. We sat down and the table was disgusting so we moved. About 5 minutes passed before a server came and asked what we would like to drink and gave our menus. She took forever to get back to us for our orders. We ordered queso, salsa and chips. She only brought salsa and chips. Told her we asked for queso as well. She said she'd bring it and left. We received our food before the queso finally came. Husband and I both ordered tomato soup and grilled cheese. The cups of soup were completely different temperatures. Mine was cold and his was piping hot. They were obviously microwaved. The guy that brought our food had sunglasses on. We asked if we could have our queso and another bottle of beer and he seemed put out...

"I have to say I used to really love Schlotzsky's I mean they're the only Sandwich Company that serves sandwiches on sourdough bread and I love properly cooked sourdough I'm from a small town and we used to have to travel almost 30 minutes just to get to the Schlotzsky's in the big city so when I came to this one on Rockwell I was so excited the first sandwich I had there was so amazing I mean I wish I could have given them a $20 tip just for the great service and how tasty the sandwich was however Every Sandwich I have ordered since then has been hard and over toasted I wouldn't recommend this place you should just go across the street to Chick-fil-A because they're really really friendly and you can get two sandwiches for the same price of one Schlotzsky's they really need to get better but if you read the reviews even the Schlotzsky's corporate office reviews will let you know the whole company has fallen completely short I would not recommend this place for anyone to work or to eat here it seems like a small version of hell no thank you"
