"This restaurant used to be good about two years ago but they changed the menu for the worse, they also used to use juan valdez coffee but juan valdez does not work with them anymore and they now use a very poor and horrible tasting coffee. Food is served in aluminum pans which is extremely dangerous for your health. Everytime we have ate here they did not have something, no juice, no yogurt, and yes one time no eggs. There are better places to eat. I will not eat here again."

"He probado la pizza antes y fue pessimo, pero un dia estuve viendo un partido con los amigos y tomemos la decision de aguantar la calidad por conveniencia. Cuando llame la primera vez, me colgaron. La segunda vez me forzaron a repitir mi nombre, numero y direccion aproximadamente 15 veces. Al final, me contaron que se demora MINIMO una hora la pizza. Estuvimos literalmente 50 metros de la puerta. Cuando pregunte si podriamos recoger la pizza, me contaron que no tuverion ese servicio. Es broma? Parece que si.I had tried this place previously and knew the pizza was like construction paper covered in greasy worms, however we were at a crappy bar with horrible service so we decided to bite the bullet and order. The first time I called, the woman hung up on me in mid-sentence. When I called back and asked her why, she did not apologize, she merely started over again. I was asked roughly FIFTEEN times each to repeat my address and name, I also had to repeat my phone number several times (I speak fluent Spanish, despite my lack of punctuation above). Finally before she even took my order, I was told the order would take at least an hour to deliver. I reiterated to the woman that I was literally ACROSS THE STREET and asked if I could walk over and pick it up to expedite things. She said no, we do not offer a pick-up service! If you want to be treated like a pesky criminal for trying to order a pizza that tastes like an abortion in your mouth, go to Jeno's!"
