"What a pretty, comfortable restaurant. However, every stage in the process was a problem. Took over minutes to acknowledge we were there on time for a reservation, then another to seat us. No bartender, so they couldn’t sell their creative cocktails. Took much longer to get our order in and then waited and waited. Appetizer veggie samosas were excellent. Only one main dish came out. We shared it and then finally called it a night after being there for an hour and a half. So they lost lots of in total bull. Unfortunately, they lack organization. They would benefit greatly from having assigned roles and sticking to them. Staff ran around trying to get things done, but extremely ineffectively. Good tasting food, too. Sad they can’t get it together. Staff is friendly and kind, just no one seemed to be In charge to keep things organized. Hope they can get it together"

"This was a great experience got the rice bowl with goat and the suggested house sauce, loaded it up with some veggies and the cucumber salad. Everything was delicious. Finally found such a wonderful fast and tasty Indian cuisine you can grab on the way without having to order and wait. First time I've been to a Rollz Rice, I hope it's a franchise that I see more of around. Bonus: I was super digging the music. I wasn't able to sit and eat but am looking forward to future visits."

"Service was terrible. Waitress seemed a bit off. Food was just ok. Burger was good. Wings were good. Fries had no taste. Lobster Mac was very bland only had three tiny pieces of lobster and cheese was runny. Wouldn’t visit again."

"The service was bad. The girl asked us if we wanted drinks min after we got seated. She was rude. The food was not great. It was late and cold. Chai tea was brought without milk or sugar or spices, we had to assemble it ourselves."

"My wife and I used to eat here a lot when we were in Columbus and were sad to see it temporarily closed the last time we were in town. They have some of the best navratan korma and samosas I've ever had and it's all very reasonably priced. Staff are always friendly and the place is clean. Can't wait until they reopen!!"
