"I visited here for breakfast as the menu looked good. They had my booking wrong and had not set the table up properly. We then waited around minutes for someone to come and take our order. Once ordered, the food took a further minutes to arrive. The staff were not attentive and did not check up as to whether everything was ok. I will not return here again."

"Our family were regulars, sadly this place is now a shambles..... go anywhere else if you want a pasta or pizza- not here!After waiting for 1/2 hour to place an order, I went and got the menu myself, they then took our order, after an hour of waiting, we had one pizza and our drinks, the two pastas didn't arrive, and the wife's steak was over cooked and disgusting.When our pasta arrived it was the wrong pasta's. that was the final straw I walked up to the kitchen handed back both pasta, threw $50 at them and walked out of that place forever. During our wait, 5 other families walked in, sat down and left without placing an order. The couple next to us sent back their pizza as their topping was cold. Do not go here...... simply horrible."

"I'll be up-front: I love pizza. No, I adore pizza. I'll eat pizza every day given the chance, almost any kind but my FAVE is from Made In Italy at Castle Hill. I don't know why I haven't reviewed them before but after tonight's Romana, I realised I had to give praise where it is due. The pizzas are thin, with a light topping - exactly what a proper pizza should be like, not some hideous Frankenstein-stuffed-crust-hot-dog-heart-attack-inducing-$5 special. And not some hipster-kale-and-wagyu-on-stone-ground-spelt-dough concoction, either. Just simple, plain, tasty pizza with mozzarella, fresh tomato, oregano, basil and (if you want) a little else. My favourite is Romana (all of the above + ham, parmesan & garlic). Daughter has margarita, hubby Pollo (chicken). Medium $16. We usually pickup, delivery is available, and there are tables and chairs streetside if you choose. Made in Italy has a team of nice people working there, friendly, chirpy, and chatty. Recommended."
