The chef creates out of this world delicious dishes, innovating with locally sourced ingredients, blending in traditional Mexican flavors, transforming the food into a mouth melting experience. I recently dined at this vernacular restaurant, int old downtown Chihuahua, the Chef recommended octopus. Octopus in the middle of the Chihuahua desert, miles away from the sea?!!! Well, let me tell you, it was just amazing, the most tender and flavorful octopus I ever had. Every time I travel to ocean side places I make sure to order octopus. I've had it at the Boston North End Italian restaurants, in Sorrento, Italy, at a lovely cliff terrace, in the alley restaurants of Catania in Sicily, where you get to pick your live octopus; all were tasty with the familiar rubbery texture, but the octopus at Gozaderia?!!!, mmmm leaves all others far behind! Very tender, full of flavor, make sure to oreder the house wine, yes they make their own wine. If you are one of those people who travels for good food, book your ticket to Chihuahua City and order your octopus. Out of this world delicious! Make sure to order the house sotol, way better than the best tequila in the wold!"

"We went to ENRIZOS For lunch, they serve traditional chihuahua's dishes. They make in front od you, right before serving them, flour tortillas, a rare delicacy nowadays. The chihuahuan cuisine is based on dehidrated Chile, Chile Pasado; you'll find it there; also rajas de Chile...con queso; a California type Chile with cheese, and our beloved Chile colorado, or red Chile. The service is based in the traditional northern culture, simple and true People. VERY good prices. They've started VERY Small and due to their quality, they have now locations. It is the favorite place for good breakfast. Their Orange juice is natural. Enjoy it."
