"Ordered a small chips gravy. The cashier charged I am from out of town and was just querying why gravy cost almost the same amount as the chips, when all I received was a small bit of gravy on the top of...my chips. Which is not a good amount for the value. When I did ask the girl serving if the price was right she said yes, problem with a lot of attitude. Working in the customer service industry myself I found this to be a very poor answer and was not happy with the response. She then stated that I should not come back if i don't like it This is not how you make regular customers or get a good reputation. I feel that your staff need to be re-trained in the basics of how to engage a customer. The food delivered was mediocre. Not so hot chips with minimal gravy on top. The staff added chicken salt without asking whether I wanted it or not. I do not like chicken salt at all. Overall very unhappy with my experience and will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone."
