"I just love COCO. The food ( my favourite sandwich is the chicken and Brie ) along with the CCV ( curry coconut vegetable soup ) and the lemon squares; I could go on.... And the training and constructive space they provide for people with challenges is so important! Last, but not least, they provided the fabulous catering for my daughters wedding last August. First rate!"

"Husband and I stayed for lunch at Nanaimo. Had Delicado before and it was good. Things went very downhill. Ordered 2 Burritos, first bite to one of them, pulled out a long hair. The Burritos had 1 piece of chicken and no sauce... in the role, they were all beans and corn. Definitely not worth the $30 we paid. The most expensive beans and corn I have ever paid and sad, will not return. The feeling was shut down and demolished."

"Located between a second hand store and the Salvation Army. Small, limited parking and easier access going north on Nichol. Sandy's offers Ukrainian food to take home. Perogy's are tasty but expensive. The cabbage rolls aren't up to homemade. Might be better to make them yourself at home. Disappointed that Natchynka or Koolasha weren't offered but I believe Borscht soup was."

"If I could give it 7/10, I would. It was not quite 4-star. The bruschetta was strange and disappointing -- very hard bready biscuits (rather than slices of nice french bread,) but good garlicy tomato accompaniment. And the mussels (while plentiful) were disappointingly small. Still, others in our group really enjoyed their meal -- maybe I just made the wrong choices !"
