"A friend had been raving about the Indian restaurant in the Best Western for ages. “Best in the north!” As my husband and I were picking up my father from the airport, I thought this was the perfect time to finally try it (we had...tried once before but ended up at the wrong place and had a terrible time I had been looking forward to dinner for days leading up only to discover that they changed their entire menu three days before we dined there. Super, super -super- disappointing! The waitress was quick and lovely, and what we did have was very tasty (husband said it was perhaps the best chicken Caesar salad he’s had at a restaurant, and the sliders had a great flavour and nice texture)...but to go from the Best Indian in the North to samosa’s, a deep fried indian meat platter and butter chicken....I doubt we will be returning. Outside of the paltry Indian options, the menu felt haphazard and very bread-y."

"My steak was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and vegetables... it didn't. So I asked... and was told my salad was instead of potatoes and they brought my vegetables out... broc that smelled awful and tasted like it had been cooked in vinegar. I...actually had to set it away from me, it smelled so bad. My server disappeared and never came back. I had to finally ask for my bill because I was forgotten... hard to believe as I was one of three tables with patrons. On the plus side, my steak was good (if overpriced) and the mushrooms and garlic bread were good too. Thumbs down for service. Thumbs up for a good steak."
