"Wow! This was the best dining experience I’ve had in years. We were seated right away and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our server was so outgoing, informed, friendly, fun, and attentive. And the food... wow. Just more “wow”. The flavors were on point and everything was seasoned perfectly. The menu was the perfect size, with a great amount of variety and something for everyone. The charcuterie board was incredible! My husband and I had the grilled chicken Caesar salad. the dressing was delicious, the chicken was fall apart moist and seasoned to perfection. The prices couldn’t be more reasonable and we gladly left a big tip for our server! Go to Parasol! You will love it!"

"We went for lunch. The waitress misheard my order and I got a different burger. She did a great job of offering to replace it then offered a discount. The burger was good, just not what I was hoping for. I will definitely return, to get the burger I hoped to have, but also because of the staff."

"This was the best customer service we had in a very long time. Good food. Great experience to eat outside surrounded by nature. The Lord in the bakery helped go cups and gave us bread to feed the ducks. What a fun that was. Take me back to my childhood. We're gonna stop."

"Out of the many places in Billings, this is definitely in the highest echelon of eateries. The food is far and beyond some of the best, I'm also particularly fond of the arcade classics in the far corner. My most recent trip had me trying the Cinnamon Streusel for the first time and it's the best desert that establishment has offered. I never have to wait long for a meal, and I've never had to complain about food being overcooked or undercooked."

"Overpriced for the portion size. Service was very friendly, told us they didn’t have avocados that were ripe enough to serve (so we were unable to order the Osaka bowl, which sounded yummy). We ordered the Mediterranean pizza, Vietnamese Pho, and a glass of Açaí kombucha. Five stars for the Mediterranean pizza— it was delicious! Loved the pumpkin seed crust. Adding $2 for a couple of cherry tomatoes and pine nuts seemed a little steep. I wouldn’t order the Pho again. It was okay. They forgot to bring bean sprouts and jalapeños, and when we asked for it, they returned with alternative sprouts. They explained that the mung bean sprouts weren’t fresh enough to serve. The alternative sprouts were great, just wish we didn’t have to ask for them. Kombucha on tap is a nice touch. However, $8 for a glass was double the price I would have expected to pay for kombucha. The ambience is more like a lounge. There is plenty of bar seating, and a big couch (which you can’t order food from). We sat at the few tables in the front of the restaurant. It seemed like we were the only ones dining on a Tuesday evening at 7:15. I really wanted to give this place more stars, since it’s hard to find good vegetarian/vegan options."

"By far my favorite restaurant in Billings... possibly all of Montana!!!! Everything I have had here was fantastically enjoyable to eat and the portions are certainly worthy of Big Sky country! To say I have a favorite dish would be a lie every time I think of a menu option I swear that is my favorite dish then I recall another and that becomes my favorite. There is nothing I would not eat from here and I purposely go out of my way to pass through Billings so I can grab a bite here. The staff is always super friendly and accurate and the restaurant itself has always been clean no matter what time of the day I have been in which is usually pretty late. One time I came in right at closing and was politely going to exit and seek out some fast food but the staff insisted it was not a problem and they take my order. The food was delicious hot and fresh! Soooo grateful I discovered this Italian gem in Montana. (Btw... I have lived in Italy and returned twice for culinary school so a high review for Italian is very rare from me because of this fact)"

"Oh My Goodness. They bring the steak out on a hot plate with melted butter and parsley that keeps the steak warm throughout the whole meal. We had fried green tomatoes that are topped with crab meat and homemade blue cheese dressing. Every table is full and there is no shortage of staff. The desserts are massive."
