"I so glad we now have a Jersey Mike's in Gettysburg now. I usually visit Chambersburg once a week for shopping needs. I have visited this location several times and disappointed each time. Either the cleaning of the operation, poor employee training or overbearing manager. The grand prize goes to the day, I ordered the double meat Italian sub. The owner/manager told the girl she was putting too much meat on the sub ..... she stated it was extra meat ..... he began to remove the extra meat.... I told him I ordered extra meat and if he removed it .... he could keep his sub. Since, Gettysburg is now open and they know how to read their orders, I am now a loyal customer. Bye Bye Chambersburg"

"Second time I have been here now, once with my son and then again with the whole family. Awesome subs and only heightened by the fact that they put bacon on almost everything. When it comes to the sandwiches they pile on the meat and cheese, definitely enough to fill even the hungryest of hungry. I like what they have done with the toppings as well by keeping it simple with the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and if you like it a little hot jalapeños. Most chain sandwich shops over do it on the toppings to hide the fact that they give you little helpings of meat and cheese and up charge you for more. The employees atleast at this particular location are top notch and on the ball. It was smack dab in the height of the lunch rush when we came in and once again unlike some other chain sandwich shops I have been to lately everyone was hard at work. Everyone was doing their job making sure that every order was filled and filled right. I personally was preoccupied with snapping some good pics and they still got my sandwich made quickly and correctly. This crew had just about moved the entire lunch crowd through before our departure even having time to pose for a pic after cleaning up. I asked one of the employees hiw they did it and she informed me that they had a system and from what I saw it works. I do have to mention as I do in most of my reviews that it is nice to see that all customer service oriented establishments have not gone down hill since the pandemic. Last but most certainly not least the restaurant it self was also clean and well organized including the bathrooms which even smelt good."

"It dosen't look like much, but the food was phenomenal. I don't even really like Mexican food all that much, but this was really good authentic Mexican food. My family and I went here for my husband's birthday, so it was 2 adults and 2 children( 15 and 11) and we all loved our food. My youngest daughter really loved their family made salsa, and she dosen't even like salsa! The waitress told us the restaurant is family owned and operated, and the salsa was made from her own mother's garden tomatoes! They even have Cow tongue and cow head, traditional Mexican dishes you cannot get around here. Please ignore the stains on the carpet, the wet bench under the air conditioner, and the old building and give this place a try. Their food is what matters here, and it's really good and well worth a try. The customer service was friendly, and we got our food in a timely manner. To be fair we were the only people there, which I hope is not typical because I want this place to last as it is now a family favorite!! Please give this place a try if you like Mexican food, it's worth the money and you won't be sorry!!"
