"It was a handful of time. I never had a very great experience here. As others have mentioned, there are other GR spots that offer better service and quality for comparable prices. So that this is said, we? ve ordered a variety of entanglements about our visits. Generally, the food is at best good. We didn't send anything back to the kitchen. I'm a huge oyster fan and impressed on Monday less than their blue points. The other species they usually have are too par (can not really be picky about oysters in Grand Rapids though). Service is unbelievably hit or miss my experience. Lately, our host has not offered any words/smile/anything. She just took the menus and expects us to follow them. Our server was very short and sudden with us as if we hadn't troubled them. Other servers seemed cheerful to other tables, so I cannot speak here as a whole. Our tab was just over $100 containing a medium-priced wine, oysters and two ducks. When we left the restaurant, we passed the very empty bar and the same dry hostess. Not an individual offered a? Goodbye?. I don't know that I can recommend this restaurant for something else than it is one of two places that serve fresh oysters in GR. If you're looking for a medium-sized meal, there are better options."
