"I always thought subway was a solid 3 star place to get a quick sandwich, but with their recent actions and decisions, i can safely say that they are now a solid one star place. They no longer make you a sandwich as you want and instead will not allow for certain combinations, for example you CANNOT get their garlic butter spread on anything but Italian bread and the reasoning is that the computer doesn 't allow for such a combination. So either they are bread racist or the custom cannot get their sandwich how they want. So yeah, quick easy sandwich with day old lettuce and the custom not having the freedom to get their sandwich is what you get at subway for $8.50 now a days"

"The dining room was closed for safety reasons so we preceded to walk through the drive through and they refused to take our order and slam the drive through window in our face. We tried explaining to them our van wouldn 't fit in the drive through and they still wouldn 't take our order. The only safety reason I could think of is me being hungry at 9:30 PM."

"Okay so this place has a great menu and when we walked in we saw there was two sides to the place. One side more of a sit down and dine the other a bar area with a bunch of seats and t.vs to watch sports. The food was pretty good . I had a pasta dish that was nice my wife and mom both had salads that were fresh and then a bowl of chili that did not have much flavor and a bowl of French Onion that was not a great French onion at all. There service was average at best. I don’t know what our servers name is but you will see her in one of the pics putting food in here face instead of coming back over to check on us and see if we needed anything. I would of liked some salt and pepper but none on any of the tables. I would had liked another drink but she is busy eating and rolling silverware then worrying about the table. There is literally a bunch of trash on the floor where two of the servers are sitting and eating but no one cares to pick up the trash they just walk over it. So sad this place could be amazing but no one seems to be holding a high standard here. I’ve ran a few restaurants and we never allowed our staff to eat food out on the floor in front of customers. When our food was delivered she left the tray and the stand sitting next to me for a few minutes. Who wants to have that? So sad"

"We were seated faster than expected which was nice and appreciated, then it went down hill from there…. We waited 30min for a server to even take our drink order because she “had no clue we were her table.” Then another 20min goes by for her to take our food order. We get it, they were slammed. Our server was kind until our food came out. All 5 of us had the wrong order. She scoffed and stomped off. We offered to pay for what we ate (chips&queso) and drank(2 sprites, 2 kids lemonades and 1 margarita). The manager called us liars to our face. We walked out."

"My favorite pizza place in Fairbanks, seriously, this place SLAPS! Great atmosphere, staff are attentive and friendly, and the pizza is freaking amazing. To top it all off, they really take the airport theme to the next level (e.g., all the table tops are sectional charts). Love it here. Only gripe is that it gets busy and the hours are a bit limited."

"The pizza here is outta the world, the pizza was cooked perfectly, and it was delicious The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the service. We came here late, the restaurant was half full and we place an order. The pizzas came out in about 20 minutes, and we enjoyed. However, we sat at the restaurant for over 90 minutes waiting for the dessert we had ordered. After asking for it, 2 times, and after the second time the response I got after asking for the second time was kind of rude, with a “we can make a cannoli for you if that’s what you want”, got a cannoli that seemed to be thrown together, fast and without wanting to do it. If you decide visit this place, stick to the pizza,"

"Pretty hit or miss these days. The staff is friendly and always inviting. Unfortunately, the food is just not as consistent as it was in the Double Eagle era. I miss the variety of the older menu and the expanded hours- bring back the brunch and pint glass mimosas!"
