"Sometimes, mistakes are made, and that's ok. It's ok if an employee has a bad day and maybe isn't as friendly as many expect in this culture. I didn't experience anything like that here, but what I did experience on my last visit was far worse. When I stopped in to pick up a delivery order, the place was completely packed with people standing in about every possible square foot of space. There was a woman spewing right-wing conspiracies into a microphone as some in the crowd expressed their agreement. Clearly, some rally of the uninformed was occurring. How could a restaurant provide a platform for such dangerous rhetoric? How could they expect the team members to work under such verbally abusive conditions? You might have the best food I've ever had, but you can be sure I'll never care to find out."

"Go right now. The customer service is impeccable and the food matches. The Mediterranean loaded fries with marinated chicken and spicy sauce was fantastic. Portion was quite large and the staff will bring food to a table or car for you. The unfortunate reality is the traffic patterns make this place criminally difficult to get to. But I’ll walk a mile in the snow to go here if I have to. Keep up the phenomenal work."

"This is what Broadway considers “jumbo shrimp”. This is frozen shrimp they sell at market basket being advertised as jumbo shrimp. Fries were soggy. The ingredients of this place went down the drain a long time ago. Never again"
