"I visited this restaurant for the first time. Inside, everything is welcoming but very simple. We are received with smiles. I ordered a firewood pizza (Quatre Saisons - Four Seasons) : a sublime mix of artichokes hearts, black olives, fresh mozza cheese, tomatoes and thin slices of cooked ham on a crispy crust (the best I ever experienced). A real delight! I highly recommend this place for the pizza and the fantastic bagels."

"I went to this restaurant last night with a colleague from work. Under new administration, as well as with a new name, we were not impressed to see that we were the only ones there. During our meal another couple arrived.We ordered from the Table d'Hôte menu, which was a good deal (only $4.00 extra for soup and two spring rolls). My colleague chose the Chicken in peanut sauce with crispy spinach, while I had the General Tao chicken.The soup was of a vegetable variety, nice and tangy, with mushroom slices, al dente noodles, and greens. Overall impression was very favorable. The two spring rolls were slightly over cooked, therefore a bit hard. However, they were fresh, spicy, and piping hot! Very enjoyable!My colleague was very happy with her dish of chicken with peanut sauce and crispy spinach. The sauce was not overly sweet, but was richly peanutty. The spinach was crunchy and an excellent compliment to the peanut sauce.My General Tao was a so much better that it was under the previous ownership, that I had to stop and comment on this to the waitress. Aside from one or two harder pieces of chicken, i was extremely pleased with my choice. The sauce was a mix of spices and sweetness, but not overly sugary. There were slices of yellow and red peppers and onion. The plain white rice was firm yet tender. The plate was garnished with a heap of salad, a thick slice of tomato and cucumber. Unfortunately, neither one of us could finish the main course, and therefore took home the rest of the main courses. I love cold (yes cold) leftover Asian food at breakfast. I know this may be crazy on my part, but chacun à son goût, n'est-ce pas?Over all we were both impressed with the quality of the meals we had. Personally, I am both happy and pleased, as I enjoy Asian food but have been disappointed by other restaurants of this nature in the St Jérôme area. I will most definitely return and try other items on the menu, especially the won tons with peanut sauce next time!I recommend this restaurant to others in the St Jérôme region. But keep in mind, two couples per evening will not keep this restaurant open. It is much better than the previous one, so get our there and give it a try. Last comment ... the prices are a bit higher than others, but the quality merits the slight difference. Good eating everyone!"
