"The first time at Pappalappa we followed the house's recommendation and decided on the tasting menu. But first we enjoyed bread with homemade shallots or tomato butter. This was followed by a beautifully colored apple and celery soup with Swiss crayfish. The pasta course consisted of ravioli with truffles filled by hand with egg yolk. We had never eaten anything like this before. The main course was either a tender beef fillet with two different sauces, each something special in itself. Alternatively, zander fillet on pepperoni sauerkraut. The evening was crowned with Greek yogurt on rhubarb and a still warm chocolate cake. We were impressed with every course and will definitely come back with friends and family. The evening was completely rounded off by the beautiful table on the terrace with a view of the stream and the mountains and not forgetting the professional and warm service, whose local wine recommendations went perfectly with the overall wonderful evening."
