"We went to have a nice lunch with our friends. The lady told us pizza will be done in 40-50 minutes.( 4 people were waiting ). After an hour and 20 minutes I went to see if our pizzas are ready.one of the staff was very arrogant and rude. I cancelled my order, my friends pizza came out with water on top, soggy and he sent it back! we was waiting for long time and staff didn't apologise. Staff are rude, swearing and not professional. Customer service skills are next to none. Pizza looked soggy and undercooked."

"Every time we visit Sibiu, we make sure to visit Crama Ileana for a good, hearty meal of traditional Transylvanian cuisine. Frankly, it would be well worth it for either the great food or the beautiful decor but for both? It would be a shame...not to go there and to risk paying more for less somewhere else! This time, my partner had the ciorba de burte (tripe soup) with a side of sour creme and fresh farmhouse bread. This was followed by de-boned chicken breasts, tenderized after ordering (we could hear them battering away in the kitchen) and grilled on the charcoal grill, served with chips with melted cheese, salad and pickled cucumbers. I had a delicious vegetable soup made with cabbage, green beans, peas, potatoes, carrots, onions, tomatoes and lots of parsley, eaten together with more fresh bread. My main dish was a iahnie de fasole (a very filling bean stew with tomatoes, onions, red peppers, carrots, garlic, paprika, thyme and bay leaves), boiled potatoes with fried onions and a delicious varza calita (cabbage fried with onions, black pepper, bay leaves, thyme and paprika). The service was very good -fast, attentive and very professional. The atmosphere was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable indeed for such good food in such a lovely destination location. "Останавливались в Сибиу одну ночь. Заезжали в апартаменты поздно, магазины были уже закрыты, а в кафе после дороги идти не хотелось. Поэтому на ужин решили заказать пиццу. По дороге в город я просматривала сайты пиццерий, где можно заказать пиццу, и наткнулась на El Pizzador. У них самый современный сайт, где рядом с ингредиентами маленькие картинки с соответствуюющим изображением - помидоры, грибы, сыр. Это очень удобно, т.к. сайт на румынском. В общем решили по приезду заказать пиццу там. Но к нашему удивлению, наши апартаменты оказались в соседнем доме, от места, где делают пиццу El Pizzador. Мы просто постучались, к нам вышла девочка, вынесла меню, и через 20 минут принесла пицу к нашему дому. Цены умеренные, пицца - хорошая."

"I bought some vegan sun-dried tomatoes full grain Chia seeds cracker and some coconut cranberry vegan biscuits without sugar. I liked both the cookies were a soft type of cake cookies and the crackers were very crisp. I saw that they also have other vegan products, so if you need a vegan snack, you can go there."
