"As you enter you are not sure if it is a typical "dhaba khana" or another little Indian restaurant.But as you get seated the ambience tells you are not in a typical Dhaba. This is a place with a difference to what you are used to in Indian restaurants.If you take a photographic frame view of the place with your eyes, you notice the decor is not all that Indian, the music is not Indian, lighting is not Indian and so on.....But as you feel that you are inside the kitchen to give you the Dhaba feeling of Punjabi food, a bit westernised though, you make your choices and sniff it as it gets cooked......mmmmm it is going to be good.Then comes the sumptuous serve of the dishes you ordered, yes. this is Indian.....cooked fresh, served hot ! that is dhaba !Taste the food and you tell yourself ..... 'this is a place I can come again with some friends who like this type of food'.Not a grand place with decor and such, but a place for tasty food that does not take too long to serve."
