"The cashier was extremely rude and does not understand English. I need to repeat my order four times. We need to order up, we need to find our own seat, also I said the short chubby long hair server that I had already booked. She just ignored us and kept talking to other girls. No customer in the line, only 2 customers in the whole restaurant. No services, no way asked us for 15% tips?! Food quality was the worst last year."

"We made reservations. The cakes and food were really delicious but that's about the only good thing about this place. Service was really lacking and they ran out of clean plates within an hour of opening so it was hard to share our cakes. The table was really tiny and uncomfortable for 3 people. You'd think a shop that has been open for 5 months would have worked out the kinks already but apparently not. But I guess since this place is still very popular with line ups all the time, there's no pressing need for them to improve their service."
