"I stopped into this cafe for coffee and when I ordered the staff was extremely rude and mean, especially the bartender who kept glaring at me. The table next to me had croissants with coffee, so when I asked to order the croissant the waiter flatly refused saying they don`t offer this, after I watched him serve them to other tables. I felt very discriminated against for not speaking their language (Italian) when I ordered in English, so I ended up speaking in German. They made me feel completely unwelcome for being a paying customer."
