"It was the second time for us to visit this restaurant. First of all, waiters are so snob. Secondly, I don't think they know how to serve wine. Someone should tell them that wine is not served warm!! And if your customer asks you to...make it a bit colder, you don't ask to put ask ice cubes into the wine : Amazing! In my life, it is the first time a waiter asks to put an ice cube into the wine!! :D The food is not the best in the city. Just mediocre. The priceperformance is poor. Stay away from this restaurant"

"I have been member since 2012 and have visited many filials yet so bad it was nowhere. we had two dell alpe, with 2 (two) pieces tomaten, three thin slices feige and a bit gorgonzola. the edge without any covering was about 4-5 cm wide and partly black from below. The rucola of all the other almost covered. You can't see pictures as binding, but I haven't seen/ had so little to complain. To eat not burnt, I ordered 2 more bruscetta and got a pager!? After 5 minutes I asked to get a pizza in the care. the pizza baker or whatever, has made itself to make the brote. in the demand for what is booked on the map, he pointed to the screen because he didn't know how he could explain it to me. The unworn tomato-setting was also nix tastefully. Why are there people who can hardly speak German? this filiale must shine by saving on the ingredients and professional staff at the cost. dear vapiano owners, this is going to go back."
