"Where do I start. We placed our order at around 7:00pm and there was a few other people waiting and three girls working. After 25 minutes a man went up to get a refund cause the wait was extreme. She couldn’t figure out how to refund it to his card so she gave him cash after 10 minutes. Then after 45 minutes the lady saw us with two cups and said “ hey! Did u guys get the pita wraps? Because one of you didn’t pay for your pop, is it okay if I charge you now?” To which we responded “ one is water.” Then they start calling out an order and it was the man’s cancelled order; they never communicated it was cancelled so they made his food before mine. Then we finally got our food after 45 minutes because the staff was moving at the pace of a snail. Then as we were eating a skip the dishes man was waiting for 10 minutes for his order. Who knows if he ever got his order. Slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life !"

"Best Pizza in Langley!. Have been a loyal John's Pan Pizza customer since they opened. I moved into my house in Langley right around the time that they first opened. John's was on speed dial while I completed my renovations and I have not ordered anywhere else since. <br/>Their pizza sauce is the highlight! Sweet with a bit of spice that just works.<br/>John is a really nice guy too and usually is the one who delivers.<br/>Try it, you won't go back to the restaurant chains.."

"Restaurant says open until 1 am, won’t answer the phone, customer service has gone down in the gutter this past year. Seems like the owner would rather recreate outside of his business rather than be inside and making food.Used to love this place and it is a shame to what it has become."
