"I have edited my reveiw and apologise for the wrong quoting of the price.when i originally called it was just about the size as looking at the pizza straight away it looked small and they are in a box that most pizza shops use for large.Like i originaly said the toppings were nice, however the base was burnt around the crust and could not eat the crust as it was really hard and i was told that you pre cook the bases so i am giving consructive criticism in saying they would be better if you dont pre cook the base. Not good value! $30+for jumbo when they are the size of any other large pizza. I probably wont get pizza from you again sorry to say."

"Two hours and 10 minutes for a pizza delivery. really! advise 1 hour 20 minutes. Okay, but at 1 hour 45 we called. our pizza was not ready in the load, also did they lose our order? and they had again on 2hrs 10. no answer and did not give a damn, they epic failed their customers. apparently the perfect ok service and delivery....not! offer to cancel my order at 8.30 o'clock in the night, so I have to try to get something else is not customer service. both pizzas were okay, but not what they used to be. will not disturb again. damn scare. bad customer service ever. not recommended. save their money and order them from one of the many other pizza shops between ballajura and darch. they don't earn their money. darch pizza house is much better nowadays. before booking the shop had two possibilities to react positiw. they were not interested. they should have been blaspheming us at 1 hour 20 if they knew they were recovered. we are sorry that we are under the pump today, would have helped our frustration more than to blame us for being frustrated, they have everything so wrong. never again."
