"We're here for the first time with moderate expectations. We got the steamed buns, a couple of Boba drinks, the teriyaki chicken, miso ramen, and tonkatsu ramen. Oh, and the kimchi fries! Because this is a ramen place, the most important determination of whether the food is good quality was really based on the ramens, and overall they were pretty decent. I've had Ramen in Japan so that's probably not a fair comparison, but I will say it was a little bit on the salty side. The portion is good, with perhaps even more noodle than you really need, the pork in the tonkotsu wasn't the most tender but it definitely was not chewy or tough. Both of me so broth and the tonkotsu broths were rich. The teriyaki chicken is predictable and the kimchi fries are definitely unique, with a sauce that reminds me of the Chick-fil-A special sauce but with added spices and chilies. I may just be making that up in my head! This place is definitely worth a visit though if you're in the area and need solid ramen."

"I have been to several different pieology locations and I have to say this one was the worst. All of the other locations are clean and kept up. It was 4:30pm and this place looked horrible. The staff was just relaxing and talking the whole time we were there and the place was for the most part empty. During the ordering process it felt like we were the inconvenience for being there to eat. The back splashes were visibly dirty and could easily be seen from the lobby/customer area. The garbage was piled up high with pizza trays I can only assume from lunch. The fountain drink dispenser looked like maybe it was cleaned a week ago. The windows are all fogged over and dirty. The order menu TV's are very crooked. The bathroom was not only trashed but def hasnt been attended in a very long time! Remember that your bathrooms reflect how clean people think your kitchen is. I don't normally write negative reviews unless something really stands out. These issues should be resolved. I like pieology and hate to see your location go under for something that you can easily fix. Looking back at other reviews it does not look like the owner resolved this locations issues. My suggestion at this point is find somewhere else to eat. There are a ton of options in that area and this should not be one."

"There was a quick bite! The man who took orders through the drive was the Beat customer service I had EVER in a fast food room! My cousin said he wanted to buy more. I said he was supposed to sell cars! These chilly dogs were fingers licking well! I will definitely be back and I hope he's here because I want to get his name and call the manager to tell them he's a fortune for the business!"
