"As the current COVID-19 pandemic is currently in full swing my family and i thought it was time to support a local business' however when being delivered the service and quality of food from the Metropolitan we were very dissapointed. the food tasted great but...the presentation was not appealing at all. That wasnt the worst of it, the guy i spoke to on the phone was exceptionally rude he didn't even give me his name when he answered which I thought was disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall it was a very disheartening experience being in the current pandemic the world is in my family were supporting local businesses' and usually wouldnt order here but went out on a limb and we have been highly dissatisfied."

"The load lacks cohesiveness, when they wander in the company-side, is for them to order from the ordering facilities instead of the personal. Having these facilities is a great concept while covid but not everyone is savvy with technology. there are some problems with the lack of obvious customer service areas. the experience was reasonable-consistency is the key for mc D’s and this makes this very good."

"Popped into Clogs for tea with some mates and ordered the pizza with some extra trimmings. It was beautiful and the beer was nice and cold. Only downside was that it was very noisy with the background music. Had a meal here years ago and it was just a meal. Glad that the owners have improved their game.and that it has improved out of sight. Brilliant meal. Shall be back."
