"I made a simple request to accommodate my food allergy. It wasn’t communicated to the cook. It’s an open kitchen and I could see that. I requested to have a new pizza made and was initially told no (rudely) then yes. Then the waitress came back with what was clearly the same pizza. I’d already paid and there was a line behind me and I didn’t want to make a fuss. So I left and gave the pizza away to my neighbor."

"This order came in exactly as I ordered it. The Dell burrito had the extra meat it is huge. I love their fish tacos. I am very happy with Del taco and my Dasher was awesome."

"Scott was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. The meal was amazing too. I knew Texas roadhouses were impressive but Scott at the bountiful location made it so much better. What a good guy he is. Give that man a raise!!!!!!"

"We were Sat in the bar area. Our waitress was new, but she got everyone's orders wrong in the whole room. My food was wrong all around, I was never given silverware, another table gave me hers since she didn't have her food yet, even though she ordered before me. When my husband asked for a knife he was told no by the waitress. I never got a refill on my drink, overall the service was awful, even though it was her first night. She did have a helper sort of, she should have stepped in to help but didn't even though she saw the issues. The food was horrible. This was our first and last time going. The only nice thing was the group of people in the same room, we were able to talk and joke about the situation."

"We really enjoyed marcos, but tonight this has moved. first we ordered the delivery, but they did not offer it. second, two of three of our pizzas were wrong. Thirdly, one of the pizzas was mainly blowing and not really edible. rather disappointed as we enjoyed and recommended before. we will probably not order again and also not recommend."
