"We ordered the Triple something or other, standard crust with two toppings. One pizza only had one topping and both were thin crust. The employee told me when I called that he cut the pizza himself and that it was the correct dough. He did give me a $15 credit, but ultimately I was displeased with my meal."

"I would give this a five, but it’s just not quite as good as the Schlotzsky’s in Springfield Missouri. They should contact those managers and see the difference. We love Schlotzsky’s, but the Sandwiches at this locations just are not as warm, melty, and crispy as the ones elsewhere. The staff is super friendly, and it’s a very clean place. And the freshness of the food is good. It’s just the small attention to cooking detail that is lacking. Also, the ice tea here is very very weak. And the water dispenser was broken… Barely trickled out. Anyway, if you’re wanting a truly five star sandwich, go to Springfield."

"Shakes, brandies and onion rings were very good. Cherry shake had nice chunks of fruit in it. Burgers are good and huge. Was quite hungry so ordered a double cheese burger. Didn't you know that the patties are close to half a pound and could hardly eat it all."

"They are usually busy because the food is sooo good. We found a shorter line at 2:00pm on Sunday and the manager was so friendly and nice even after what I know must have been a long after-church lunch rush. We will definitely be back."

"Bad experience with employees. They can't seem to understand that I wanted the box which will hold a little more than a pound, filled up. I am more than willing to pay the per pound price for whatever the weight is. I just don't like giving a box of candy to someone that is not quite full. This was to much for them to grasp. So, after getting totally frustrated and almost losing it at their stupidity as they insisted at weighing out the candy before putting it in the box, even though I kept trying to tell them the box would hold more than the pound, I gave up. I finally left with the box full but did not buy the pound of fudge, the two bags of the dark chocolate miniature candy bars, or the metal box which contains a dark chocolate and green mint candy which my wife loves. I won't go back. I have been a regular customer buying chocoate for my wife at Christmas, Valentines Day, Her Birthday and Our Anniversary. Normal bill is over a hundred dollars. I will look for a place that has employees who can think and no talk down to, and rile up a loyal customer."
