"Hubby and I ordered their cheeseburger, a bacon-Käseburger and large Cajun-Fries. total came to about $41. what is hot quality. delish, as always, especially when ordering. it helps with the quality, taste and fresh of the food. a piece of advice there is a difference in taste between her Cajunries and regular fries. hubby and I learned this from a previous mistake in one of our commands. if they are riding with a bit of kick and/or want to spicy, make sure they order their Cajun horses instead of their regular fries. service. one of the things I appreciated about one of their employees was that he checked with us about what we need. for example, one of their employees saw me saying that we wanted a separate bag for our odours. I heard that he also asks other customers the same question. beautiful love to detail, especially because the odours are a beautiful extra perk, but it does not come automatically with their takeaway order. portion. good portions, as always! Apart from the output of the face masks I address below, the rest of the restaurants seems to be clean and well maintained. what is not parking. the entire parking lot is a paid parking lot. there are no single meters. they must follow the number in which they park, track and pay for them at a meter in the plaza. we were surprised that it is a paid parking lot, as it is a small open plot. our guess is that the reason why it is a paid parking lot is because it is of a university. the point is to know. service. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger bowl, but my actually prepared order did not contain the speck. not cool. in addition, our order was not ready when the app said it was. in which our order was not even prepared when we arrived. they did our order only after our arrival and told them about our order. on the one hand that meant that our eating was hot when we got it. on the other side, that meant that we had to wait longer until our food is ready, which is the opposite effect of ordering their food before hand. price. note that if you order via an app, the price may be higher. grubhub is a few dollars more than the regular five guys price. health and safety. only one of their employees wore a face mask. during this period of pandemic, it is soothing when restaurants that interact with the public meet health and safety precautions. last answer willing to come back, but this specific location cannot be a first choice."

"I go in asked if they could grab a soft slice of bread that I could see the guy who was there at first got the loafs I tried to be more specific so I told him to go to bottom row from where I could see I noticed he went way to floor so I told him not all the way there he decided to walk away instead of taking the order, got mad walked off so the other young lady who’s at the register comes to make the order already had an attitude when I asked where was the manager so when I went over the same issue about wanting a loaf on the row I could see I got specific I told her the 5th row the rack in the back that is visible to me so she claims they don’t usually do that with an attitude I was telling her I’ve been there before done exactly this had no issue ended up leaving because she was talking over me just was so rude there was no management. But I called a lead was there he said he’d speak to them about the situation hopefully"
