"Edit: there is no way to report it back. not sure why they would ask me. today was a disappointing visit. I ordered the three chicken dishes. two of the offers were very small. about 1/3 of the normal size. I received a sauce that the container was half filled and was not enough for my little meal. my big drink was full of ice cream, which was barely popping, and after I was asked if I wanted ketchup, and I said yes, I didn't get one. that ruined my lunch and I probably won't go back."

"Great service. the reason for the 4 star rating is the missing amount. if I ordered something extra, you will never notice. it can be extra fudge, extra whip cream, additional cookies in blizzard etc. simply order a standard size. if they pay a bit extra for toppings, they will not notice any difference. one of the main reasons why I avoid this place."
