"Ordering online was super simple, easy and quick… great variety of toppings per usual. Also my delivery driver Sheila was super sweet and awesome! Great customer service and I’m so glad she’s on your team! When it said she was 15 mins away, it literally meant actually less than 15 minutes and usually I have to call up to the store and check to see how long until delivery because I placed my order like hours ago and had complications. Anyways, I’m super super happy with my service that I received today and the pizza looked like how it’s supposed to! I really appreciate all of you! Everybody on this shift especially the driver (Sheila) deserve either a raise or a really good tip! I rarely get to leave great reviews but this was worth the time to take to write. Thank you guys for such wonderful service."

"I could eat the cheeseburger pizza every day! This is your typical pizza buffet with a salad bar, pizza bar, and a dessert bar. The pizzas are usually off the wall and not so typical though, which is what makes this place great."

"I order from Nancy’s all the time via Uber Eats. On a couple occasions I ordered xl pizzas and ended up with large instead. I called and brought it to the attention of the manager at the time and she told me whenever I’m near the store I could stop in and get an extra large pizza. I’m never on that side of town but today I was about a mile away so I called to ask for the pizza. The owner had a note under my number but it wasn’t “enough” information for her to understand what a previous employee wrote in the note so basically she wouldn’t honor it. Why lose a loyal customer over a pizza? I wasn’t asking for anything free, they screwed up the order a couple times and i just wanted what I bought. It was a year or so when the employee annotated the account but during that time I continued to buy lots and lots of pizza thru Uber eats. I’ll just have to find another pizza spot. My telephone conversation with the owner really made me feel like I was asking for something when it was her company that made the mistake on the order…..twice"
