"Good place to see the ball game. this is my first visit and it was a pretty good experience. I was a little disappointed because it took an hour to bring my Cobb salad. but it wasn't a big thing because I watched the game and the salat was worth waiting. when they found out about the slut, they explained that their system had problems today, so no big thing. everyone has a bad night. I would definitely come back."

"When I discovered Sorrentino's pizza at the 1627 E Valley Parkway in Escondido, I thought my search for a good pizza restaurant was over. The pizza is really good. Customer service is not too bad. I ordered from this place three times before. All three orders were for delivery to our residence, which is 5.56 miles away from their restaurant (milk is by Mapquest . May 2012, Sorrentino staff made me drastically change my mind about this restaurant. As I did on my previous three orders, I called Sorrentinos 760-480-0222. I placed my delivery order for a super deluxe pizza, gave them my phone number, address and credit card number. The only thing I was told at that time would be the delivery about an hour. No problem. I didn't go anywhere. I started puttzing (yes, puttzing is a word around the house and after a while I was really hungry. Where's the pizza? I looked at the clock and realized that at least 1 1⁄2 hours have passed since I placed my order. I called Sorrentinos and Tyler answers. Tyler responds that you live a long way away (5.56 miles is a long way away) and we tried to call you (I was home all the time, in the house and the phone has not even rung. Shall we do another one? It'll take 45 minutes. Then I told Tyler I ordered in the past, my address has never been a problem, and I've never been told that I lived too far away. Tyler was unapologetic and asked if I wanted the pizza. I said yes if it were free for the inconvenience. He was hesitant, but finally he said the pizza was free. I asked if my credit card had been charged and Tyler said no it had not been charged. Immediately after switching off the call with Tyler I began to think, maybe I don't want the pizza (you know what they say, don't pis off the people that serve your food. I called her back immediately and got Tyler back. Of course he remembered me, I had just spoken to him. He held me and didn't come back. I could complain to him in the background, someone about me and how I wanted my pizza for free (now I think I really don't want to eat this pizza. Tyler never comes to the phone again, so I can't tell him he won't make the pizza after everything. I'm not telling my husband any pizza. We have to eat somewhere else. He checks our account and there is a fee from Sorrentino on it. Now my husband is irate (hungry and irate is not a good combination. Since we have to go now to eat something, we decide to go to Sorrentino to get a refund and cancel the order. We drive all 5.56 miles to Sorrentinos (this is Sarkasmus and had the unfortunate disregard of the meeting of managers, Adrian. Apparently, employees, including management, never had customer service training (you would think it would be necessary to deal with customers... Oh well. Adrian is also unapologetic and continues to tell my husband and me that he has no time for it (as this is, as I thought, to spend my Friday night after work all day. To make a long story short (I know.... too late for Adrian to withdraw our order and credit card fee. This encounter with Sorrentino was disappointing to say the least. And to think it could have avoided everything with a simple “I regret the inconvenience” instead of living for 5.56 miles away. You upset me."

"Everything was packaged great. The Pho was absolutely delicious and the Boba was good surprisingly not melted. Only complaints are the rice with our Kung Pao chicken was a little dry the size of the Boba was small for the price."
