"I don't know how they do it but a very consistent chain that has very good chicken all the time. The only comment is that the service could have been friendlier. The waitress' were to involved in there own conversations to pay much mind to the customers. Service was good just a little cold!"

"It’s to bad they hired someone that hates their job. The cook on Tuesday night was angry and frustrated and that carried through to the pitas.The grill was to hot and he was burning the bacon and wasn’t sure how to fix it. The other person had to come over and fix it.The pitas were ok, but not cooked and assembled with love for the pita, but with anger and frustration.In the past we’ve had 5 star experience s. This one was just way off from expectations."

"We were a group of four that ate at the Copper Kettle recently. We all had stomach issues afterwards. It's fast food pub style and I guess if you aren't used to eating that way, you're going to not feel well. We won't be back."
