"They were awful to us when we went and got food for veterans day. There was a food allergy in our family and they didn't take it seriously and they were mad that they had to fix the food for the mistake that was made. They were also mad we had so many things to ordered and they were rude to us when we told them we had another dish we needed. They apparently didn't want our money. The food has been subpar for months in flavor."

"Rubio's is doing a great job at providing fresh tasting, quality food to the community. I enjoyed my visit here, the area was clean, and everyone behind the counter looked like they cared about giving quality service to their customers. It was my 1st time trying their food and I was pleased I did, it satisfied every craving I had for some fish and nachos. I ordered the fish burrito and loaded nachos and I couldn't wait to sink my teeth in the burrito (as you can tell from the bite taken in the pic.. lol) the flavoring and seasoning was perfect, the portion was just right. The nachos were good, the toppings were fresh and not overbearing my only problem is that I placed the order and specified no guacamole and even though the receipt says no guacamole it was still added.. but nonetheless I still enjoyed it... great place to get a nice burrito and I recommend Rubio's to anyone looking to feed that burrito crave"

"Born and raised in east harlem in Manhattan and ever since I moved to arizona I haven’t been able to find a comparable slice to back home this has to be the only place that’s provided an authentic New York slice since I moved would recommend to anybody who need a good slice of pizza"

"Vegetables were undercooked nothing worked at the fountain drink station. The drinks they had were watered down. Not sure maybe it was just a bad day but I don't recommend going to this El Pollo loco."

"Food inconsistent like the wings; sometimes they have lots of sauce other times they look bare. Today the wings were bare, hard and chewy. Our pizza was ready more than 15 mins before the rest of my food and was barely warm once we opened it at home. It didn?t help that the young man putting items in the warm slams it so hard it bounces open. If they tell you your food will be another 4-5 mins times that number at least by 3."
