"I walked in, a bunch of teen employees eating ice cream. They all ran to the back. One of the girls stayed and continued to eat her ice cream. No one wanted to take my order. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced."

"Tasteless Vietnamese coffee. Condense milk in it should have made a perfect blend of sweetness that taste better than with sugar in the black coffee but no? not Pho New. With almost $8 for a tiny amount of coffee in a big large ice cup and watery taste, this is by far the worst Vietnamese coffee I?ve ever had. Wouldn?t consider to go back to try their food since the simplest drink they can?t make it good, their food wouldn?t worth my time."

"I ordered a pizza, steak-n-cheese, and loaded fries for takeout. 1st up, the service was excellent! The servers/workers were courteous and helpful. As for the food, I have mixed reviews. The pizza was phenomenal! It was delicious and the dough and crust were perfect. I was not a fan of the steak-n-cheese. It was alright, but was not flavorful and the cheese sauce was just uhn to me. Made me think, I've had way better And the loaded fries were just okay. The fries themselves were good, liked the shallots and bacon and sour cream, but baking the cheese on made the topping fall. So I wasn't a fan. I will definitely be back for the pizza dishes!"

"This really is the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had. They have tofu and tempeh as toppings! I put veggies, vegan cheese, plus tempeh with jerk sauce. Makes it spicy but not too. All in all, very satisfying. My husband agreed. Wish they had whole wheat crust though, big bummer. The crust is delicious —and per the other reviewer, definitely ask for the crust with no butter or cheese. The salad was very good too FYI."
