"Advertised low carb on outside billboard. I go in to inquire about it. The first girl broke out a folder with a chart. I had to go out to my vehicle to get my reading glasses. So I come back in and the number look good for a serving. I asked the second girl and she said the serving size was a half cup. I asked how do measure that out? She shrugged her shoulders and giggled saying I don't know. The girls were polite, but if this place is going to advertise low carb, please train employees to help and assist those that are doing low carb. I left frustrated without purchasing anything. I will be happy to change the rating if someone tries to contact me and explain how to measure the serving size. Update: appreciate the quick response and will make a visit next weekend now that I know that I can have the cup measured."

"I?m fairly certain the health department needs to give you guys a visit. I?m still confused on how one piece of this made it on my sandwich let alone all of it. I ordered a NY steamer which came to over $13 and this is what my pastrami looked like. At least 80% of it is fat. It feels like pure rubber and is impossible to eat. I didn?t even get an apology from staff while getting my money refunded. Worst meal and service I?ve ever had. EDIT: Anna thanks for your response. Yes the sandwich is alarming, I will never eat firehouse again. Would you eat at a place that served something like that to you? What a joke."

"My Wife and Ihave had pizza from here for years and will keep comming back because of the service and great food to go with it. I recomend this Italion eatery as a place to try if you have not been there yet. Robert. "We stopped in for dinner while passing through the area. The service was excellent! Very fast, very friendly! We sampled the margarita flight and had our meal. Everything was excellent! We would definitely return when visiting again!"
