"Not a good experience. I'm not always such a germ freak, but the air is on fire from Canada and it's gross. When I go to a restaurant like Five Guys I don't want to be put off by the lack of hand washing. I observed one out of the four employees present mime their hand washing but I watched two others come from the back, one starting their shift and handling personal items and the other doing trash and then buckets of fries. No hand washing in between. Going from trash to grill with no hand washing is just a hard no from me. I really enjoy this food, but we need to have some standards.I brought it up with the employees present but they didn't really speak English. The younger of the group of employees acknowledged it and apologized. Gross, though"
