"This place is an absolute disgrace. How can you give out a free combo meal card and we cant get our combo? Not to mention we were told that when we bought a cool kids club shirt that our kids’ custard cup would be free every time we come in. Turns out that isn't the case and had to pay for that as well. Don't see this place staying much longer. Especially if all they do is hand out empty promises. Good job Freddy’s. NOT!"

"Great pizza and cheese bread sticks. We loved them and can say best pizza we have had in a long while. The pizza was delivered HOT, but the disappointment comes when you are at a hotel and get delivery they should at least bring napkins, Parmesan cheese, pepper flakes … ya know something knowing we don’t have those things with us. I did give a 5 buck tip on top of 5 dollar delivery fee, so I think it’s worth their while to bring a couple cheap paper plates and some napkins at least."

"Don't get me wrong. I love the unique pizza and topperstix, but if you order for delivery, DO NOT expect your food to arrive for over an hour!! Unbelievable wait times. I ordered a pizza and toppersticks at 6:07, the ETA was 6:37. It's now 7:21 and we still haven't seen anything...."

"The food was cold and greasy. We waited over 30 minutes for an appetizer. A table of 6 and a table of 8 were served their meals, got their check and the tables were cleared while we waited. Finally asked for our food to go. As the picture shows the fries were a greasy pile of ???? and the chicken fingers were skinny McNuggets. Not a good experience for our birthdays. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"
