"So I called and tried to see if they still sold the bread bowls with the pasta and they said no. I was a little disappointed, but I went ahead and made an online order for some pizza because I love the pizza too. When I got there to pick up my order, the man I believe may have been a manager, had given me an order of just the plain pasta because he realized it was me who called before hand and asked for the pasta. He said he did it because he knew I was wanting it. I have never had someone give me such an amazing customer service experience like that. It kinda made my day!"

"Pizza was 30 minutes late according to the tracker times given. After being asked SEVERAL times what my order was, they STILL didn't get it right. The crust wasn't crispy as usual and the cheese wasn't melted on the edges. The dogs enjoyed it though. Always check your order before leaving."
