"Pizza isn’t too bad but the overall concern is the staff. Called back after I was told delivery would be 30 mins and it had been a little over that. I had received a text from door dash , which I didn’t know was how it was being delivered, so to confirm I called. The guy who answered the phone was rude and told me to “get with the times” . I understand staffing issues , however as a company there are expectations that the company should still be held to. If I were to have been told an hour and it was coming third party, I not only would have picked up and not been upset. I’ll admit I was rude back to the guy on the phone but he wasn’t listening to my concern and just kept on with saying things like, oh if you know anyone who wants to work.. very unprofessional"
