"I had the thick niboshi tsukemen. Visited for weekday lunch. Only the counter with about 5 seats in the store was handled by the owner alone. I think that it is a range that can be handled without difficulty. I think that you can receive the shopkeeper's service in a perfect form, so it's good. Look around the store while you wait. In the kitchen in the back, I saw a bowl of dried sardines piled high. It is expected that it will be used in such a large amount. I could smell the dried sardines through the mask. This guy is absolutely delicious. Tsukemen served. It looks beautiful. And a soup with a color ? that you don't often see. The fishmeal is strong and delicious. Rose seaweed ? is also a good accent and a good garnish. When I finished eating and enjoying the soup, another customer who asked for tsukemen asked for something like a split soup. As I was visiting for the first time, I didn't notice its existence, and by that time I had almost finished drinking the soup, so I skipped it this time. It seems to be a popular restaurant, and I would like to come again if the timing is right. It's the evening of that day, but it's a bit messy, but when I burp, I can smell the dried sardines. Original 濃厚煮干しつけ麺をいただきました。 平日ランチに訪問。店内5席程のカウンターのみで、店主さんお一人で対応されてました。無理なく対応出来る範囲かと思います。店主さんのサービスを満点な形で受けられると思うので、良いですね。 待ってる間、店内を観察。奥の厨房にボウルに山盛りになった煮干しが見えました。あれだけ大量に使われてると期待度大です。マスク越しにも煮干しの香りが感じられました。これは絶対旨い奴だ。 供されたつけ麺。見た目も美しい。そして余り見ない色 ? のスープ。魚粉感が強く美味しいです。バラ海苔 ? も良いアクセントになってて良い付け合わせですね。 一通り食べ終わり、スープも楽しんでると、つけ麺頼んでた他のお客さんが割スープらしきものを頼んでました。初来店な自分は、その存在に気づかず、その頃にはほぼスープを飲み終わってましたので、今回は見送り。 人気店なようで、またタイミングが合えば食べに来たいと思います。 その日の夕方ですが、少しきたない話しになりますがゲップをしたら煮干しの香りが。やはり、こちらの濃厚煮干しは相当だと思います。煮干し好きな方は是非お試しを。苦手な方は他のメニューを。"
