"We had ordered online and we ordered sandwiches. Right after we placed we were quickly contacted to let us know our location didn’t serve sandwiches. She proceeded to apologize and offer us something else. Then she gave us a discount without even asking for one for our inconvenience. Our food was very hot and delicious. Both my husband and I appreciate good customer service and she did this very well."
