"Travelling through North Bay and treated an old time friend to dinner. The restaurant temperature was like the freezer storage in the back room. Waiter did not mention the Scene program so I had to call that in later. The chicken of the 1/4 chicken...dinner was tough to cut. Restaurant interior looked nice. Washrooms were clean."

"I visited the fisher street location recently and it used to be fairly good for a franchise. When in a hurry I will always choose a sandwich option over fried food, but not anymore!! I noticed while standing in line that the sneeze guard (glass...over the veggies/meat) was really grimey and a couple of the staff members looked scruffy (not all). I didn't think too much of it as they were busy and thought that maybe a kid got it al fingerprinty. Well when I ordered the counter they made my sub on was covered in veggie and meat scraps they didn't bother to clean it and reused a knife that was laying on the counter. I believe they serve tuna there it's a good thing I am not allergic to fish!!!! I ordered a chicken breast sub, I was eating on the run and first bite I found onion, which I didn't order, I let it go not a big deal. Bite two brought me partially frozen chicken I started getting upset. Bite three revealed a long dark hair made right into it, when I was done gagging out of disgust I asked the person driving to turn around and go back to subway. I showed them and they had the nerve to offer me a new hair sandwich no thanks. I asked for the manager and the manager had her hair sticking out all over the place. I recieved my money back without a problem but they have lost my business for good."

"My partner and I walked in before 4pm and waited as the host (Dean) was on the phone for 5+ minutes (not even acknowledging us, but benefit of the doubt). A couple came in and walked past and sat. I waited and asked if we should sit down ignored. I took that as a note to sit down so we did. Another couple walked in and the host put down the phone, picked up menus and escorted them to a table. We waited a few minutes more until we saw him go back on the phone and decided to leave. All customers should be treated and served equally."

"Worst customer service ever….. and that’s when they are smart enough to answer the phones….. I’ve never called a restaurant/pizza place that doesn’t understand how to answer the phone! Over and over multiple times on multiple occasions place is a ghost town when it’s says open?!? When your hours say open you should be in fact “OPEN”! Novelty concept!! As many thumbs down as I can give this place!!!"

"Ordered from here for the first time and had a lovely meal. We ordered off their website and the process was fast and easy. I love how the website updates you every step of the way while they are preparing your order. We ordered the Chicken BBQ pizza and it was delicious. The chicken had great flavor and was nice and juicy. The pizza had a great cheese to topping ratio. The crust was really tasty and the dip tied everything together really nicely. This was my first experience eating at Dominos in a very very long time and I am impressed. I hope I can find the same quality at other locations in Ontario.b"

"Stopped in for a glass of wine after a long day of adventure. We were immediately seated outside on the rail, with an excellent view of Lake Nipissing. Our server was there quite quickly to take our order, and he was easy going and professional in his manner. We opted for a half litre of the house white, which was a Beringer. Excellent choice, and even better value. We ordered a plank bread, with vegetarian toppings to nibble on. Again, we found it a very good choice. Service was excellent. We commented to the server that we very much appreciated him leaving us on our own, and he indicated he got that 'vibe ' from us. The view from the deck was awesome. We were fortunate enough to see the sunset in all its glory, after which we went for a short stroll on the waterfront. A great place to drop in and have a nice glass of wine, and by the number of families there, it caters to all ages."
