"I placed an order at 5:30, and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I called at 6:45 to ask about my order, and they told me 10 more minutes. I tried calling back at 7:15 to cancel my order but they didn't pick up after 10 attempts. The food was of poor quality, and for the most part room temperature, cold, or otherwise soggy. The pizza was paper thin, they somehow managed to burn half the pie and undercook the other half. Both their grilled chicken and their wings were totally unseasoned. The six cheese pizza was advertised to come with white sauce, but we certainly couldn't taste it if it was there. We didn't even want to finish the food. I work at a pizza place of rather inadequate quality and their service and food made me feel like I work at a 5 star Italian restaurant."

"Stopped to get gas and noticed the subway. Got in line to order a sandwich. The guy in front on me had just started to place his order. The worker grabbed the bread he requested and began to slice it. THE BREAD HAD MOLD ON IT!!. before I could open my mouth to let him know the worker flipped the bread over to slice the other side. I assume the worker noticed the Mold because he stopped slicing it and proceeded to grab another piece of bread. HERE IS THE PROBLEM. The worker put the moldy bread back with the rest of the fresh bread, grabbed another piece with the same gloves on and began to cut the new piece with the same knife used to cut the moldy bread. After seeing that I no longer wanted to order. Loss my damn appitate."
