"The second time that the pizza was not boiled, I took it back and got an ohrful of the person at the place. it is generally completely unhappy and not helpful. the prices are wrong and they are expected to pay a higher price, even if the price. They have on the rule is lower than what the one that scans. they don't walk this report. at least terrible experience, but very consistent I will say."

"Little to no atmosphere. The Saturday night band they had playing was terrible. Customers seem to come and go, not a place where patrons spend an evening. However, their wings are amazing! Service was so-so."

"We called the penticton Pizza Hut store directly at 8:01 pm to order 1 pizza, asked them to have it ready for 8:35, they said no problem, well when we got to the store at 8:35 sharp they said they forgot about the order!! REALLY? So finally at 9:01 we got our pizza! And not to mention it's a Monday night and the place was totally Dead! STAY AWAY. THE PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE!Mar 13 / 2017"

"Get what you expect. The service was questionable as the young staff aren't too up on etiquette and service requirements. Bit of a mixup waiting for our order. Finally got it sorted out. Pizza was good and it was hot."

"Very impressed by the understanding of the waiter of gluten-free and cc. Had a great drink, like a Syrah tasteful apple wine (sounds funny, but very tasty). However, I was very disappointed with her gf pizza. For $20 it was quite small and the floor was under done and spicy. When I mentioned it, I was told it was because of the cheese upstairs. (The $20 gluten pizza of my husband was bigger and had a crunchy crust). P"

"I had seen ads on fb with pictures of the food at "Duncan Eatery" and thought I would give them a try. Bad mistake! Their food was substandard corner store food, which is what part of the restaurant is. They should stick to just that. It was not good at all and I will not be ordering from them again."
