"On March 20th the restaurant located in Bath we were charged the bill of another table bill no. SQA8-D7HV), had to fill in a form and we were told by Kalia we had to pay the total amount for the correct bill BWH6), and we would get the money of the wrong bill 40,37 pounds) back within 5 days, which hasn't happened yet. I have called you and sent 3 emails, but haven't got any solution nor the money yet. :"

"Came here at today on the off chance there was space. Luckily there was plenty of availability. We were seated by a gentleman who said to scan the QR code on the table to order and if we needed anything to let a waitress...know. We had never used a QR code to order and prefer a person but attempted to order online as we were told. We put the order in and expected some further instruction about how we go about the salad bar and getting drinks but there was nothing. We waited for a waitress to come by to ask but had to wait until a table was seated behind us as no one was around. We were told we could go uo to the salad bar and our drinks would be brought over to us. Food arrived nice and hot. When we ordered through the QR code we ordered desserts however again no one told us if we had to tell someone when we were ready or if they would be brought out when our table was cleared like most other businesses. Our table was cleared and we then waited again to be able to catch anyones attention by this time we had been there hour and By the time we managed to grab someone's attention we didn't really want our desserts and wanted to leave however as it was already paid for we waited it out. Staff were friendly but shocking service. Will not be returning. It was much better before when there was staff taking orders and paying attention to customers."

"We ordered 4 pizzas at 12 inch each Arrived home and thought they did not look very big Measured and they were 10 inch Sent a photo of one as proof as the children were getting frustrated waiting and was going cold! The company were rude with their reply! We could not return as we heard them turning people away saying they had run out! When we arrived the man was rude to my husband he was only saying that we had arrived to let them know he said in a rude tone 'see you at 730pm then! ' I 'm a teacher so I 'm sure I can manage four pizzas and all were incorrect £42 we paid! The company basically would not admit fault as it said 12 inch on the box!!"

"We ordered a delivery timed for 12.30 for my daughters birthday. We had an appointment at the hospital at 11.40 so thought 12.30 would give us plenty of time to be home for the order. However, for some reason the order turned up at 12.10,meaning my daughter ended up with cold pizza as she was still at the hospital then! No reason for the pizza turning up that early and completely ruined her special lunch!"

"I recently visited with my partner after just consuming a fry up. I had tried to visit before but it was closed so took the golden opportunity even though my stomach was pretty much full. I am so glad I did. Ran by a lovely lady and I believe her business partner, Holy Crepe is a wonderful addition to Plymouth market. I had the Nutella crepe to take away (which they offer! Bonus! It was well priced and was hot and lovely and delicious in my belly. I want more of it as I write this. Will definitely be returning soon and am so hopeful that the business survives in the market as it's a real find."

"Booked a table for 5.15pm, in time for a 6.30pm at Vue next door. On arrival, we were casually told there would be an hour's wait for food! When we asked why, we were told that the chefs were behind, but there was barely anyone else in there on that particular Sunday evening. We had to leave as it obviously wasn't going to work with the film we were booked to see. They'd taken our mobile number on booking so could have told us in advance if there was a problem. We were not impressed."
